Democratic Party Activities:

The Juneteenth parade and picnic was indeed on Saturday June 19^th! This year’s parade was longer than last years and the participation was exciting to see. Last year there seemed to be only one cook, but this year there were four men grilling burgers and smoking hot dogs and hot links. The Democratic Party was, once again, well represented and the Dallas County Democratic Party also had a booth that was manned by our local candidates on a rotating basis.
